Digital Products (PDF Sewing Patterns)

14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund period for digital PDF sewing patterns, starting from the date of purchase.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The pattern has not been downloaded, and

  • The request is made within the 14-day period

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing details, and any available previews before completing a purchase.


Technical Issues & File Access

If you experience any of the following issues:

  • Difficulty downloading your files

  • A corrupted or incomplete file

  • Receiving an incorrect pattern

  • Re-sending the correct file, or

  • Providing technical support to ensure access to your purchase

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds but will always be resolved.


Exchanges

Because all products are digital, exchanges are not applicable.

If an incorrect or damaged file is delivered, we will provide the correct file at no additional cost.


Chargebacks & Disputes

This policy is designed in accordance with WooCommerce digital product standards and Stripe refund and dispute-prevention guidelines.

We kindly ask customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting customer support may result in account restrictions or suspension.
