We sell digital sewing patterns delivered electronically.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

All products sold on Sewandfold are digital PDF sewing patterns.

  • No physical items are shipped

  • Access is provided via download after successful payment

  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your device and software

License

All digital products are licensed for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the files

  • Upload files to sharing platforms or marketplaces

  • Use patterns for commercial production or sale

Written permission is required for any commercial or extended use.

3. Payments & Billing Partners

Payments are processed securely through our partners (Stripe, Airwallex, PayPal, WooCommerce, etc.).

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit or prohibit purchases that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

14-Day Refund Policy for Digital Products

We offer a 14-day refund period starting from the date of purchase.

A refund request will be approved only if:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase, and

  • The digital product has not been downloaded or accessed

Once a download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been downloaded or accessed

  • Accidental purchases after download

  • Incompatibility with your device or software

  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchase

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues such as:

  • Download failures

  • Corrupted or incomplete files

  • Receiving an incorrect file

Please contact support@sewandfold.com.
We will provide technical assistance or replacement files where appropriate.

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds but will always be resolved.

This policy complies with WooCommerce digital product standards and Stripe dispute-prevention guidelines.

5. Account Responsibility (If Applicable)

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
